The Future of Work Starts Now: Updates on Flexible Work and Transportation Benefits

We have learned much over the past two and a half years, as the COVID-19 pandemic served as an accelerant to workplace transformation, including different ways of working and supporting our employees and students. As we adapt to the changing workplace landscape, we have revised policies, modified our physical space, reshaped work arrangements, revised talent strategies and overall shifted the paradigm of how work gets done.
