Tuition Forms

COF Cross Registration

Through Simmons’s partnership with the Colleges of the Fenway (COF): Full-time benefits-eligible employees may enroll at another COF institution in one undergraduate course per semester, on a space-available basis, at no cost following completion of one year of employment in a benefits-eligible position. Taking a course at another institution will be in place of and not in addition to a course at Simmons. For details including the procedure to enroll in a COF course, please refer to the COF web site. Note: MassArt “Continuing Education” classes are excluded.

If you are interested in cross-registration, we recommend you reach out to the Registrar’s office in the school to ask if they are accepting students into the class you are interested in.  Once that is complete, submit the completed tuition remission form to the HR office at Simmons for sign off.  HR will keep a copy of the form and you will bring the completed form back to the COF school you are registering at.

Tuition Exchange

The Tuition Exchange Program (“TEP”) is a reciprocal scholarship program for dependent children of full-time faculty and staff.  Please see the Tuition Exchange Eligibility link to obtain more information about the plan and eligibility.

Employees will need to return completed TEP applications to Amy Staffier on or before November 17th for the following school year. Applications can be emailed to her at [email protected].
