Wellness & Work/Life Balance

Our health is what we make of it – give it attention and it improves, give it none and it subsides.” – John F. Demartini

Simmons University is committed to the health and well-being of faculty and staff. As you know, wellness not only helps at a personal level by improving health and well-being, it also can help the College save on future health care costs.
