Open Enrollment FY27

We have the following information and resources available to help you understand the benefits offerings for FY27 and make informed decisions during Open Enrollment and throughout the year.

1. Open Enrollment Guide
2. This Guide will provide an overview of the benefits, medical plan comparisons, contact information for the vendors and related information.
3. Open Enrollment Fair: This year our in-person Open Enrollment fair will be on Tuesday, May 5, 2026 from 11am – 2pm in the Linda K Paresky Center, MCB, 3rd floor. Harvard, as well as other plan vendors will be there to answer your questions. We will have massages, snacks and raffles. Please mark your calendars!
4. Harvard SmartStart Phone Line: Inquire on plan benefits, prescription and transition of care questions call 866-874-0817.
5. Provider Look Up Tool: Employees are encouraged to confirm their doctors are in-network with the below links:
   • HMO – please look for HMO Or HMO Open Access
   • PPO – please look for PPO
   • Point32 Health Vision Plan (to find a provider offering the enhanced Offerings covered under the “Insight 201 360 in-network provider,” you will need to use the “PLUS Provider Locator” on the “Find an eye doctor” tab)
