New Expense Management System: Expense Hub

Workday will be implementing a new and improved way to manage expenses on September 21, 2024. The current Expense Worklet view will be replaced by the Expense Hub, a streamlined and more efficient tool designed to enhance your experience. We are confident that the Expense Hub will improve how you manage expenses in Workday.

Key Benefits of Expense Hub:

  • Improved Usability: A modern and intuitive interface that makes it easier to navigate and manage your expenses.
  • Consolidated View: All your expense-related activities and tasks will now be centralized in one location, simplifying the process.
  • Enhanced Tracking: More detailed and customizable options for viewing and managing your expense reports in real time.
  • Faster Processing: With optimized workflows, submitting, approving, and monitoring expenses will be quicker and more efficient.

What You Need to Know:

  • Go-Live Date: The transition will occur on September 21, 2024. After this date, the Expense Hub will be available for use, and the Expense View Worklet will no longer be accessible.
  • No Action Needed: You do not need to take any steps for this transition. Your existing expense data will seamlessly transfer to the new Hub.
  • Training and Resources: We will be providing training materials and support to help you get familiar with the new Expense Hub in the coming weeks.
