- Benefit Enhancements for 7/1/25
- Vacation accrual increased for benefit-eligible staff employees with service of 5-10 years (will be 20 days, increase from 15 days)
- Sick Time allowed to be rolled over
- Benefit-eligible staff: up to 30 days
- Faculty: up to 10 days
- Personal day added, 1 day, for staff and 12-month faculty
- Complete Degree remission covered like undergraduate remission
- Full-time benefit-eligible – 100% upon date of hire
- Part-time benefit-eligible – 100% upon date of hire
- Dependent of full-time benefit-eligible covered at 100% after 1 year of service
