If you are an existing FY21 FSA enrollee, the deadline for incurring FY21 FSA expenses is December 31, 2021. This is an extension due to COVID, and will not apply to future years. Claims for FY21 FSA expenses must be filed on or before January 15, 2022 with ConnectYourCare. Note: any money left unclaimed is forfeited.
July 23, 2021Medical plan participants are required to call Express Scripts to continue to receive their prescription at their local pharmacy. When you fill your first prescription for this fiscal year, you will receive a message from your pharmacy to call Express Scripts at 1-800-892-5119. Please contact Express Scripts before your 3rd refill, or you may experience delays refilling medication.
