ComPsych® SAP

We are excited to announce our partnership with ComPsych® to provide additional support services to our on-campus community through GuidanceResources®. The service will be housed under the REEF Support Center, whose mission is to make foundational resources more accessible to students.

The service gives students and their household members confidential support, resources, and information for personal and work-life issues. These services will act as a primary resource for on-campus graduate students to enhance general graduate support and will act as a secondary resource to on-campus undergraduate students. Services are provided at no charge.

While ComPsych® does provide 24 hour support, to talk through immediate challenges or concerns and to provide appropriate referrals, please call 911 if you need crisis/emergency support.

Service does not change student relationships with any on-campus services such as the Counseling Center, Reef Support Center, Student Affairs, etc. Services provided by ComPsych® are an additional resource to those already existing to offer additional pathways to support.

GuidanceResources® is available to students 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

There are two ways to access GuidanceResources® benefits:

  1. Call 866-335-4888 where students can speak with a SAP team member who can guide students to the appropriate services students require.
  2. Visit GuidanceResources® and enter company ID: simmonssap
