Dear Simmons Community,
We are pleased to share an update on the Living Learning Center (LLC) construction project. Skanska will be completing the excavation and foundation work in the coming weeks, moving us into the next phase: installation of the structural steel.
This phase will begin in September and continue through May 2025. During this phase, we do not anticipate any disruption to the sidewalks, the driveway, or access and exit to the garage.
Additionally, we are excited to share recent drone footage that provides a great view of the construction site’s progress.
