Library Update and Reminders for Spring Semester

January 11th, 2022

As we prepare for the Spring semester, here are some helpful updates and reminders about Course Reserves, Collections, Study Spaces, and Library Services.

This will be our final semester in temporary spaces. In the coming months, the Library Advisory Group will focus on the details of our return and the opening of the renovated library space scheduled for the end of the Spring semester. The Library will continue its support of teaching and learning through a combination of in-person and remote services, as well as continued access to print and digital resources. The University Archives will be open to researchers by appointment only. Complete details are included in the Library Services Guide.

Course Reserves

Print course reserves are located at the Library Service Desk, Building C, 5th Floor, Room C-520, and can be checked out during regular hours.

Collections Access

The majority of the Library’s print collections will remain inaccessible during the Spring semester. Use the Library catalog to search for materials and place requests for the items you need. The Library will fulfill requests through interlibrary loan.

Study Spaces

View options for open and bookable study spaces.

Librarians

Librarians are available daily via chat and email to assist you in finding, accessing, and using Library resources. Research and Instruction Librarians will be in touch to offer additional details about library instruction and research support.
