The Colleges of the Fenway (COF) community have sponsored Undoing Racism (UR) workshops for the last 15 months. The DEI Committee of COF invites participants to review and personally and professionally pledge to this Call to Action (CTA). This CTA acknowledges that we must face history and the truth about the damage systemic anti-Black racism and historical trauma in order to undo racism. We invite you to recommit to supporting each other in doing this difficult and essential work on our campuses. – two of the core takeaways are: we are all racists and racism is systematically institutionalized in this country. It is in the air we breathe and can take our breath away
