Medical plan participants are required to call Express Scripts to continue to receive their prescription at their local pharmacy. When you fill your first prescription for this fiscal year, you will receive a message from your pharmacy to call Express Scripts at 1-800-892-5119. Please contact Express Scripts before your 3rd refill, or you may experience delays refilling medication.
