To elect or change your monthly MBTA pass, please do so in Workday. Log into your Workday account at workday.simmons.edu, open your Benefits worklet on your home page and select “benefits” under the change column. In the Change Reason field, you can select “MBTA Election” and follow the prompts on the screen to complete and submit your election. Please refer to the Workday Support site at workdaysupport.simmons.edu if you have any questions using the Workday application.

Note
- MBTA Orders are due by the 10th of the month for the following month (example: election due by August 10th in Workday for a September pass)
- You cannot have the Monthly MBTA pass and a 10-ride pass election
- All MBTA and/or 10-ride Passes renew each month unless you update and/or cancel your MBTA pass in Workday. Deductions are taken pre-tax from your payroll check.
- LinkPass or Bus Pass (monthly pass) – If you lose your card, please contact [email protected]to arrange for a replacement card.
- Commuter Rail (monthly pass) – If you sign up for a Commuter Rail monthly pass you will get a physical MBTA pass every month. These cards cannot be replaced if lost.
- 10-Ride Passes – If you sign up for a 10-ride pass, those passes will be distributed electronically via the m-Ticket App using your Simmons email address. You may elect up to 2 – 10 ride passes each month. Please note, 10-ride passes expire after 90 days.
