Printers are tap access enabled, simply tap your Simmons ID card to use. For additional help, please contact Simmons Technology at [email protected] or call (617)521-2222.


For any emergency requests, please contact Public Safety at (617)521-1112.


  • All hot desks have a lockable file cabinet and a key is provided. Please ensure you leave the key inserted in the file cabinet lock at the end of your reservation.
  • Keys to office doors are not provided. Please ensure the door is unlocked when you leave the space.


Please ensure you take all of your belongings with you at the end of your reservation.
