Uploading Test Results into CoVerified

Please follow the instructions below to upload your results to CoVerified

CoVerfied App

• Choose the plus sign at the bottom of the app home screen 
• Select option to upload a test result. 

CoVerified Website (web.coverified.us)

• Go to the left sidebar
• Choose “Reports” 
• Select “Report Test Result”. 
• Enter the information and a PDF or screenshot of your information 

Please note all employees must test as soon as possible on the first day of their return to campus for work.

If you are uploading a rapid antigen test, choose “AN PCR” or “Anterior Nare.” We can tell from the picture that it is a rapid antigen or home test.
