Simmons’ new Director of Residence Life, Brooke Bernard, brings extensive higher education and Residence Life experience to our institution. Previously serving as the Assistant Director of Residential Life at Cornell University, Brooke supported five identity-based living communities. In her new role at Simmons, Brooke will provide critical leadership as she partners with Academic Affairs to develop and implement a community-focused residential experience.
Brooke is exceptionally skilled at establishing strong partnerships and building effective teams, and her leadership will be vital as we prepare for the future Living and Learning community and the development of a residential model that closely aligns with the academic mission of our University. Brooke began her new role on July 19, and we are so excited to welcome her to the Student Affairs team.
