Simmons Community Engagement Faculty Fellow

Simmons Community Engagement is pleased to announce our Faculty Fellow for 2020 – 2021, Sarah E Pratt, Assistant Professor and Manager of Field Experiences, School of Library and Information Science. We look forward to working with Sarah as she brings her passion for social justice and community engagement in archival studies to inform our programming and activities.

During the fellowship year, Sarah will build on her work to extend the expertise of Simmons SLIS faculty and students to community organizations that don’t traditionally have access. She will also co-chair our Service-Learning Advisory Board, whose 2020 – 2021 members include:  Gary Baily (Social Work), Michael Berger (Chemistry), Erin DeCurtis (Management), Daren Graves (Education), Jess Parr (History), Colin Rhinesmith (Library and Information Sciences), Becky Thompson (Sociology),  Janie Ward (Africana Studies and Education), and Shelley White (Public Health and Sociology).
