Employees in hourly positions are required to maintain daily time records in Workday. In addition, pre-approval by managers is necessary before any employee takes overtime. All employees who work overtime must be paid for that time worked. Employees in salaried positions should record vacation and sick time as it is taken.
Only certain positions are eligible for working remotely. Please refer to the Campus-Based Remote Work Policy for more information regarding eligibility requirements.
