Drinan Building Restroom Adjustments | | |
Drinan Hall (formerly the School of Management Building) previously had no designated men’s restrooms, which created an access gap for male occupants and visitors. After receiving a request to address this issue, Facilities conducted a review of restroom availability and building use. As part of the review, Facilities audited the number and type of restrooms in the building and compared Drinan Hall to restroom distributions in other campus buildings. Following the review, Drinan Hall now has:
- 24 women’s restrooms (one multi-stall restroom on each floor)
- 3 gender-inclusive, single-stall restrooms (one on the first floor and two on the fifth floor)
- 3 men’s, single-stall restrooms
This change creates a more equitable balance of restroom access and more closely aligns Drinan Hall with other academic buildings on campus.
