Boston Health Care for the Homeless (BHCHP) Drive

The students of PSYC 328: Health Disparities in the United States are working alongside Dr. Elizabeth Donovan to learn about homelessness and health inequity right here in Boston. As part of our ongoing efforts to contribute to the local community and promote health justice, they have organized a fundraising drive for the Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program (BHCHP); the fundraising drive will run from April 16th to April 28th

This program provides critical health services to people

experiencing homelessness, and we want to support them by raising donations of new/unused essential items, such as:

  • Hats/baseball caps
  • Sunscreen
  • Sunglasses
  • Emergency Ponchos

We will be offering both in-person donations and online donations through an Amazon wishlist (items purchased on Amazon will be sent directly to the London Center). There will be donation bins, to collect only the items on the list, located in the first floor lobby of MCB, Quadside on Residential Campus, and the ground floor lobby of Lefavour.
