Welcome from the Provost's Office

Welcome Sharks! ๐Ÿฆˆ

I hope you had a rejuvenating summer and that youโ€™re as eager as I am to start the academic year. We have a lot planned for 2023-2024, and I think itโ€™s going to be a very productive and rewarding year.

Iโ€™m Dr. Kelly Hager, the Associate Provost for

Curriculum, Assessment, and Accreditation, and I write both to welcome you and to explain a bit about how I might be of assistance to you in your Simmons career. As Associate Provost, I oversee the curricular and policy matters that impact all students. Your academic advisors, department chairs, and program directors are your go-to resources for discipline-related matters, but if you have more general curricular or academic policy questions, please donโ€™t hesitate to reach out to me. I'm more than happy to help, and I'm excited to connect you to our incredible community of advisors, faculty, administrators, and mentors here at Simmons!

I look forward to greeting you virtually and/or on campus in September. My email is [email protected]; you can also leave me a voicemail at 617-521-2173 or visit me in my office (Provost's Suite, 2nd Floor of the Main College Building).

All my very best,

Dr. Hager (she, her)
