| SURPASs Summer Research Program SURPASs is a paid summer research and creative scholarship program for students and faculty mentors across all disciplines. From May 22 - June 30, SURPASs scholars work with their faculty mentor to explore a project of their design—gaining hands-on research experience outside the classroom, as well as deepening their understanding of a topic or issue. Scholars receive a $3,000 stipend and a project budget of up to $1,000, as well as room and board for the duration of the intensive. Faculty mentors receive a $2,000 stipend. The first SURPASs Info Session is this Thursday, December 1 from 5 - 6 PM in room A-070 (next to the Fens Cafe in the Main College Building). Pizza will be provided! Please RSVP if you plan to attend. A zoom link will also be available for anyone unable to attend in person. | The Ifill College Book Event The Ifill College Book Event celebrates Ifill faculty scholarship in their respective fields with a reception, and the display and sale of Ifill faculty members’ published books within the last few years.
