Mindful Mondays with Elise Brenner, PhD

Mindfulness practice helps us to touch that place of natural presence within, with awareness of what is happening here and now. By gathering together every other Monday, we can practice and cultivate this part of ourselves that is more about being and less about doing. That way, when we go back to our job, relating to our families, our creative endeavors, our caring work, and our activism, we can show up and be available with a little more presence, patience, kindness, and open-heartedness.

11 - 11:30 AM | Monday, November 28 | Join via Zoom

Class of 2026 Presents Winter Wonderland

Scholars receive a $3,000 stipend and a project budget of up to $1,000, as well as room and board for the duration of the intensive. Faculty mentors receive a $2,000 stipend.

The first SURPASs Info Session is this Thursday, December 1 from 5 - 6 PM in room A-070 (next to the Fens Cafe in the Main College Building). Pizza will be provided!
