Live Webinar: Mindfulness

Tuesday, September 27, 12:00 pm - 12:45 pm

Have you been interested in meditation but not known how to start? Are you interested in growing your mindfulness practices to help combat stress? This introductory webinar will offer an overview of mindfulness practices and end with an opportunity to experience a guided meditation.

Taking a moment to yourself to meditate during challenging times can help support overall mental health. Meditation allows you to focus your attention and clear the stream of thoughts and information overload that may be crowding your mind and causing stress. Studies show that meditating for as little as 10 minutes decreases anxiety and depression by increasing the brains alpha waves associated with relaxation.

Join us for this session to learn a bit more about mindfulness and meditation.
